Some moments feel bigger than a title change, and this is one of them. I’m excited to share that I’ve stepped into a new role as Principal Program Manager, Integrated Marketing at T-Mobile for Business. This role is a natural evolution of the work I’ve been building: scaling executive engagement, shaping how we capture and activate customer insight, and connecting that insight directly to product and go-to-market strategy. I’m excited to now lead this work more broadly across the business, helping ensure the voice of our customers shows up in the decisions that matter most. Alongside this, I’ll also be driving key initiatives in support of TFB Marketing, including work around LA28. That part is deeply personal. When I was 16, I left home to chase a dream of becoming an Olympic athlete in women's hockey. It meant taking a leap before I fully understood what it would require; learning discipline, resilience, and what it feels like to pursue something that demands everything you have. A career-ending injury took me in a different direction, but that experience shaped how I show up every day. The Olympics have always represented something bigger to me: possibility, sacrifice, and belief. So, to now have the opportunity to play even a small role in LA28, not as an athlete, but as someone contributing behind the scenes, is incredibly meaningful. It’s a full circle moment I didn’t see coming, and one I’m deeply grateful for. I’m also especially excited to be working for Jodi Schade and Rebekah Riley. Leaders I’ve admired from afar for a long time. Getting the opportunity to learn from and contribute alongside them is incredibly motivating.
