Just wrapped up my latest visit to the DSP Global Capability Centre in Bangalore, and I am delighted. From a standing start on 05 February, with zero prior presence in the country, to a fully established DSP India entity, a Grade A office fitted out and ready, and an incredible team hired and thriving. All in a matter of months. But the numbers and milestones aren't what stayed with me this week. It was watching the team in action. The camaraderie, the energy, how quickly a group of individuals has become a genuine team. That's not something you can just plan. It happens because you hire the right people, give them something worth building together and show them genuine support. Seeing the team on the floor, servicing our Clients has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. It is magical. Credit to the DSP Board who backed the vision from day one and to GoodWorks Group for helping us achieve this at speed and to the highest of standards.
