A fun surprise showed up on my doorstep this week. Thanks to the Searchers Fund team for the welcome package! I’m excited to be joining the fund as an Operating Mentor. Nearly ten years ago, I was a first-time searcher and then a first-time CEO. I learned a lot along the way, often by making mistakes, and benefited tremendously from people who were willing to share their experience and perspective with me. Now, as I search for my next company to lead, I’m excited to spend some time helping other searchers and operators along the way. Thanks to Ned Tomasevic and the Searchers Fund team for inviting me to participate. Looking forward to paying some of those lessons forward and helping the next generation of leaders.
