They didn’t come for townhalls or photos - they came to see how the operation actually runs. Over the last year, our Karachi office has gone from a small footprint to representing 21 different functions across the company. Today, a meaningful part of how Flipdish runs depends on what happens in Karachi. Building in Pakistan isn’t frictionless. There are logistical and operational challenges you navigate daily. But structure and discipline compound. Spending time here makes it obvious - this isn’t a satellite setup. It’s embedded in how we execute as a company. Building in Pakistan is the easiest thing to do for international businesses. We unfortunately just have very bad press. We need to market better. Of course having Salman Shahid do it for you takes away the entire hassle and helps make every process seamless. Congrats buddy on a successful event 👏
