Last Weeks Theme: Intentional Internal Focus Headed downtown Philadelphia for The New Era Fund off-site, and it was so refreshing to get together to “review the tape”. It’s so easy to get into the habit of constant improvement, but not all change is good. This week was great to be able to truly see what has been most worth our time. Ultimately, the main question was: what is ACTUALLY helping our businesses drive revenue? Coming off the week, I know for a fact we found IT. And in the great words of Matt LaFluer, “confidence leads to execution, and execution leads to being 1-0” Let’s win the week!🤘
