Lengthy post incoming! As I prepare to leave Ireland after almost a decade, I find myself feeling the same mix of fear, hope, and vulnerability that I felt when I first moved here from India. This decision has been incredibly painful, but life sometimes nudges us in directions we don’t expect. What hasn’t changed, though, is the deep gratitude I carry for the people who shaped my journey here. Ireland gave me far more than a career - kindness, belonging, and a community that held me up in ways I’ll never forget. You have given me more than I can ever put into words, but shall attempt nonetheless! To Enda Rochford, who first found me and opened the door. To Emmet Lyons and Mary Crowley-Gaughan, who guided a 20‑something year old moving across the world and always kept an eye out for me. To my first managers, Declan Ballantyne and Terry Maguire - you truly broke the mould. To Teddy McCarthy, for his constant grace. And to my wonderful family at Client Solutions - Marcus Vinícius Marciano Rodrigues Castro, Olavo Xavier, Igor Moreira de Souza, Rachel Waite, Leo Murphy, Anirban Dutta, Alexander Ivanov - thank you for welcoming me with open arms. Leaving CS was one of the hardest decisions I had made, but joining Aspira brought me to another group of incredible humans. Peter Ryan, Pat Lucey, Colum Horgan - being mentored by you has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. Thank you for trusting me and placing me on the most challenging project I’ve ever worked on! Then came my dream company, Avanade, and with it another blessing: mentors like Uroš Djordjević and Dalibor Kresnik, who gave me the space to be myself and always had my back. FIVE years of learning, growing, and laughing together - I’m so grateful, THANK YOU! Joe Gill and Power Platform Ireland User Group, thank you for being such a beacon of hope for the #PowerPlatform community in Ireland. I’m so grateful you gave me my first speaking opportunity. Watching the meetup grow from a handful of people to well over a hundred has been incredible - and it’s all down to your passion and dedication. Well done, truly. To every single person I’ve worked with - thank you for shaping me, challenging me, and believing in me. And to all the clients I had the privilege of partnering with - you’ve left a lasting mark on me! I am proud of the impact we have achieved together. I’m leaving with a full heart, countless memories, and a deep sense of gratitude for every step of this journey. Thank you, truly! 🙏🏾
