Last week, we had the privilege of hosting an intimate round table session with leading data and product executives from across Israel. Our focus? Stripping away the GenAI hype to look at the actual reality behind the models: current infrastructure pain points, data scaling challenges, and what data-driven decision-making actually looks like today. It was a masterclass in honest, peer-to-peer collaboration. Thank you to every leader who joined us and contributed to such a dynamic evening. 📸 Mor Nitzan | Head of Data JFrog Gil Harari | Head of Data, RealPlay Tom Fridlis Shulman | Head of Data Analytics, Isracard Yuval Shklarsh | Director Data Product and Customer Engagement, PokerStars Ziv Ben Haim | Head of Data, Artlist Ophir Shmuel Bittner | Marketing Analytics Team, Lead Plarium Gadi Churst | Data Analytics Team Lead, Plarium Keren Ben Zvi | VP Data, AI & Analytics, Genpact Inbal Gilead
This kind of intimate conversation is where the real AI breakthroughs happen. not at the big keynote stages but around a table where data and product leaders can speak honestly about what's actually working and what isn't. The gap I keep seeing with Israeli tech companies is that the data capability is there. the product ambition is there. but the operating model connecting AI initiatives to actual business outcomes. and the governance frameworks that let AI scale safely. are still underdeveloped. Sisense is well positioned to drive this conversation. The companies that will lead in the next three years aren't necessarily the ones with the most data. They're the ones that built the organizational intelligence to act on it. Would love to connect with anyone who was at that table. This intersection of data leadership, AI adoption, and organizational transformation is exactly what I focus on in my advisory work. Happy to see if there's something worth building together.
