Leaders at Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside are now in the second quarter of "Lead Like a CEO," a year-long program designed to empower participants to refine their leadership skills by providing the tools, space and support they need to flourish. In this most recent session, Ascension Florida Chief Strategy Officer Michael Shaw, MHA shared steps participants can take to build and execute strategies to achieve their goals, without overcomplicating the process.
