With a new national accelerator and startup hub on the way, here is my analysis on whether the state's strategy to bolster support for early-stage founders will work. Great input from Joe Haslam of IE Business School, James McCarthy of Flipdish, and Sean Mullaney of Seapoint
I was happy to add my comments to Charlie´s article. Their political masters want a photo and a ribbon to cut. It looks like EI are focused most of all on delivering this.
Agree with all your and Joe Haslam comments Charlie! Again it's not engaging with the right people and all 'show'/reactive to pressure to seem like they're acting in entrepreneurial and societal best interests, with no value add at all for real innovation - pity, Ireland #fintech has such potential
Thanks Charlie, happy to contribute
Zero confidence
Put it in Cork Charlie - and it will work. No theatre, just world-beating tech and biz, sans hubris.
