I believe it was Sam Altman that said that we will soon have the 1st $1 billion company by one person. We will have the same type of scale. In support teams, if you deploy a good army of AI agents and they become teammates that collaborate with your humans, and you divide the work between things that AI can handle seamlessly without affecting quality of service and. Empathy and everything else, and you give the job that humans are better at than you. Build a winning team. You will see some new roles that we see emerging. CX, AI specialists, CXII trainer roles that never existed before.
