We just wrapped up our Private Funds & Secondaries (PFS) “bootcamp” training session for the Freshfields first year group. The training was led by PFS associates Rosie J. Jiang, Nathalie Kupfer and Zade Mutwalli. The reviews are in, and the consensus is that they did a terrific job. The PFS-branded cupcakes were pretty great also. Why post about an internal training session? Because best in class training for young lawyers will be a differentiator as we move into an increasingly AI-dominated legal environment. The only way to stay ahead and take advantage of the tech is to get our young lawyers up the learning curve as quickly as we can.
