Bharat Dreamin' 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 — 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜'𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱. 🌟 I walked into this as a Torchbearer. I walked out a Brand Ambassador, the on-ground POC for Workato — our Diamond Sponsor — and somewhere in between, part of over 1,500 conversations with mentors, MVPs, students, and Trailblazers I now call friends. This carousel is my attempt to hold onto that. 19 frames. Every one of them earned — at registration desks, swag counters, sponsor booths, backstage, on random staircases at 11 PM when the day still wasn't done. What this week actually taught me: → Community isn't built on stage. It's built in the small moments — handing someone their badge and watching their face light up because they finally made it here. → Titles are temporary. What stays is who you stood next to when the lights were off and the work was still happening. → The best conversations at a conference rarely happen in the sessions. They happen in the hallway, right after. To everyone in these photos — thank you for stopping, for the selfie, for the five-minute conversation that meant more than you know. To the ones I didn't get a photo with — I remember you too. This is what "community-led" actually looks like when you strip the tagline away.
