AI literacy is becoming as important as digital fluency once was. But it doesn’t start with data models or code. It starts with people, their questions, fears, and curiosity. When I wanted to make AI more approachable for my team and business partners, I launched a short video series called Keyboard Confessions. Each episode featured a teammate or partner sharing a few personal revelations, their hobbies, what makes them tick, mixed with a little humor about failed projects and bold ideas that didn’t quite land. Then we talked candidly about AI and the concerns, the successes, and how it was reshaping our work. These short videos were designed to make the topic human. AI wasn’t this mysterious force on the horizon. It became something we could laugh about, learn from, and experiment with together. If I were to build a playbook for AI literacy, it would be simple: 1. Create space for honest dialogue. 2. Learn in public. 3. Make it personal. AI adoption grows fastest when people feel seen, not replaced. #Leadership #AI #LearningCulture #Innovation #KeyboardConfessions
