Standard operating procedures are obsolete the moment you publish them. I listened to a call where the buyer was drowning in manual content creation. Their processes changed constantly. Every time they updated a workflow, they had to rewrite the entire manual. They were exhausted. Then they saw our platform. They were amazed by the speed and ease of creating guiddes. They realized our AI could automatically create scripts and translate content into different languages. It was a total paradigm shift. Here are 3 things this call taught me about scaling a global team: 1. Static content is dead. If your documentation requires manual screenshots and formatting, you will never keep up with the speed of your own business. 2. Translation is a growth lever. The ability to instantly translate training materials means you can hire the best talent anywhere in the world without a language barrier. 3. Engagement tracking is essential. The prospect specifically asked for features to track who accessed specific guiddes. Creating content is only half the battle. Knowing who consumes it is the other half. —— If your documentation cannot keep up with your business, it is useless. Automate the process.
