The Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics (ISBA) in the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University invites applications for a 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁/𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 position in 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 (𝗠𝗜𝗦) and 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 (𝗕𝗔), with a research focus on 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗔𝗜). The appointment begins in August 2026. Primary responsibilities include conducting high-impact research and teaching in information systems with an emphasis on AI at the undergraduate, Master's, and Ph.D. levels. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. (completed by August 2026) in a relevant field and demonstrate strong research potential and teaching effectiveness. Preferred qualifications include a record of publications in top-tier journals and significant AI research in progress aimed at top journals. The ISBA department is a dynamic department with 25 faculty members and a strong research profile in IS and analytics. Full consideration will be given to applications received by 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.
