Building blocks to durable ARR

Yesterday I wrote about building for the user. That doesn’t mean “go all in on PLG” and skip hiring a sales team. Wrong takeaway.

Product- and user-led growth are building blocks—they help create efficient distribution and durable revenue. But in B2B enterprise, you still need to build real relationships, navigate procurement, and invest in sales.

CJ Gustafson nails it in this post. Worth the read!

Love this, Yoshi Jeff Yoshimura. PLG might get you in the door—but in B2B, it’s the relationship, trust, and a well-timed sales assist that seals the deal. ⚡ You nailed it. Durable revenue (or sustainable scale) needs more than product usage—it needs human connection, smart navigation of enterprise hurdles, cross GTM team sport and a playbook built for the long game. 💬🤝
