A client built $500K on a sticky note. Then I did the scariest thing of my career.
Half a million from a Post-it, in her first six months. If that is the floor, I could not stop thinking about the ceiling.
WELCOME BACK TO THE BOARDROOM 👑
This week a client held a sticky note up to her camera.
On it, in her own handwriting, were four lines.
The arc of premium buyer psychology I teach.
That Post-it has made her five hundred thousand dollars. In her first six months in business.
She did it the slow way. No AI. No installed skills.
Just the framework, a course, and the work.
I stared at that sticky note and one thought would not leave me.
If four handwritten lines built half a million the slow way, imagine what happens when my clients can install the whole machine and run it at the speed of thought.
That question is why I did the scariest thing I have done in a decade of business this week.
I gave away the one thing I had guarded the longest.
For ten years I was a course creator. You know the model, because you have probably bought it, and maybe you sell it.
I package what I know, you hit play, you take the workbook, you go implement my framework on your own at whatever speed your calendar allows.
I guarded that IP like the last two hard-boiled eggs I hide behind the pickles so my kids cannot find them.
The frameworks. The messaging. The offer flow. The buyer psychology.
That was the moat. You do not give away the moat.
You do this too.
You have a framework, a process, a way of working that you protect because some quiet part of you believes it is the only thing keeping you necessary. Hand it over and you hand away the reason they need you.
I know that fear intimately. I ran my whole company on it.
Then my Inner Circle clients, my most sophisticated people, kept asking me the same thing.
How was I using AI to run all of it.
When I sat down to give them a real answer, something landed I did not expect.
The tools I had built to run my company were not separate from my IP.
They were my IP.
The exact frameworks I coach, operationalized into skills that execute.
I had not written another course.
An installed skill is not a course about my genius. It is my genius, running without me in the room.
That realization terrified me first and freed me second.
My Inner Circle wore me down, not with pressure, with proof.
I watched how fast the AI-forward ones moved, and I watched the friction. Copy the prompt. Toggle into another AI. Hunt for the GPT. Come back.
They would move so much faster if my work and Jackie's were just installed.
And this was never only mine. Jackie has built her own army too, the whole build layer. Between us there is a company to hand over. Not a prompt they fetch.
The thing itself, living inside their business.
Handing it over does not make me less. It makes my clients faster. And a faster client goes further and comes back for deeper work.
Abundance was on the other side of the fear the whole time.
I have done this before.
When everyone ran to Instagram, I walked onto LinkedIn and made my millions where nobody was fighting.
I am doing it again, handing my IP over while the rest of the industry clutches theirs.
So this week I tested it on the coldest possible room.
I opened my Messaging That Sells masterclass, free and live, and offered my actual AI marketing team to people who had known me for three days.
As I kicked off the class, I quietly stood up my whole marketing team and put them to work. Not a demo.
For real.
I told them to pull the previous day's transcript and mine it for content, and I went back to teaching.
I stayed in the only seat that is mine, my voice, my brain, while the skills did the manual labor in the background.
Less than an hour later, still inside the class, I opened what they had produced.
Here is one of the eight pieces, untouched by me:
"You're not invisible. You're untranslated.
The work is world-class. The words just haven't caught up.
You built a reputation in rooms full of people who already knew your name. Then you opened LinkedIn and started over at zero, explaining yourself to an algorithm that has no idea who you are in real life…"
I read it back and, by my own read, it matched me on my best writing day. Maybe it beat me.
That was a holy shit moment I did not see coming.
And I was not the only one. The chat lit up. One woman wrote: "are you getting this, she is DOING this WHILE teaching."
And my favorite, a plain "you are genius," which I am choosing to believe. 😉
Then came the number that told me everything.
As I write this, roughly seven of every ten people who joined the Hive this week added the AI marketing team on their way through checkout.
From people who met me on Tuesday. I am writing this on Thursday.
That is a leading indicator and trailblazers watch leading indicators, not lagging ones.
When the most progressive people in a cold room reach for the thing that lets them move faster, that is the market telling you where it is headed before it gets there.
Now take me back to that sticky note.
Half a million dollars. First six months. From four lines on a Post-it and no AI at all.
That is the floor.
If that is what my IP does written by hand, I cannot picture the ceiling once my clients can install the whole thing and run it at the speed of thought.
So hear me.
If you have a signature process that has worked for years, get it into a skill sooner than feels comfortable.
Your premium clients do not want another course to hit play on. They do not want to be the bottleneck on their own results, waiting on your calendar, applying your genius by hand.
They want the transformation, and they will pay for the speed.
This is not a threat to your expertise. It is the next expression of it.
The difference between a course creator and an intelligence creator.
I went first so I could tell you it is safe to follow.
In two weeks I pull the curtain all the way back.
No slides. No theory.
Jackie and I run our actual company in front of you and build a full offer, front to back, live. Source code, lead magnet, nurture, landing page, sales page, the whole thing that used to take an army and a season, built in an afternoon.
Show up live on Wednesday and you walk out with my Offer Flow Leak Scan, the same diagnostic clients pay me thirty thousand dollars to run in a private room. It reads your whole business and names exactly where you are losing buyers.
Live only. The replay cannot hand it to you.
This is for you whether you have built your whole funnel or none of it yet.
You are not behind. You are early.
📅 Wednesday, July 29 | 11:00am–1:00pm ET
📅 Friday, July 31 | 12:00–1:00pm ET
Register once and you are in for both.
The public gets this next month with a price on it. You get it first, and free, because you are already in my world.
I will meet you in the room.

P.S. There has been a box by my front door for three weeks that I assumed was a bike part for my son.
Turns out it is a three-thousand-dollar Mac Mini, the new home of my entire AI division, and I did not recognize my own company's brain when it showed up in the mail. 😂
This weekend I am going to attempt to set the thing up. A woman who cannot work her own television remote, commanding twenty AI employees from a box the size of four grilled cheeses.
That box is erasing forty to fifty thousand dollars a month in overhead. And on top of a couple hundred a month for Claude, it is the cheapest hire I have ever made.
If I can run this, the "I'm not techie" story you keep telling yourself is not what stands between you and the speed of thought.
