We are aligned across every region, practice, and pillar, with clearer priorities, stronger partnership, and better follow-through across the board. That came through at our recent Sales Go-to-Market Offsite in Boston. Leaders from across the country spent time getting aligned on where we are headed, how we work together, and how we lead in every market we serve. This photo is an example of that team building in action. Everyone repping their favorite college or pro jersey, different backgrounds and perspectives, coming together and pulling in the same direction. With this group in lockstep, teams move faster and clients see the impact and business outcomes. Progress like this takes consistency, accountability, and leaders who keep raising the bar. Thank you to EVPs Simon Babcock, Anthony Chianese, Brian Raposo, and Tony Blood for their leadership, and to Eric Kaplan, Will Huber, and Paul Erck for driving that alignment across AHEAD. Stepping away has given me time to reflect on the journey, the challenges we faced, and what we accomplished together. When I stepped into the role, the company faced significant headwinds. Over the past couple of years, we navigated difficult decisions, restructured the business, and evolved our go-to-market. Together, these efforts positioned Sternum to continue supporting its customers, create a stronger foundation for the future, and deliver the strongest sustainable outcome possible for shareholders. Looking back, I'm particularly proud that we: - Guided a strategic transformation through a period of significant uncertainty while remaining focused on our customers and long-term objectives. - Positioned the company for long-term sustainability while preserving value for shareholders. - Built a high-performing, resilient team that remained focused on execution throughout the transition. None of this would have been possible without an exceptional team. Thank you for your professionalism, resilience, and unwavering commitment. I also want to thank our Board and investors for the trust they placed in me to steward Sternum through this period of transformation. Together, we brought the company to a stable footing and positioned it for its next phase. This experience reinforced my belief that the most meaningful leadership comes during periods of uncertainty, when difficult decisions, disciplined execution, and unwavering focus matter most. As I look ahead, I'm taking time to reset while advising a small number of innovative startups. I'm excited to help founders navigate strategic growth challenges while thoughtfully considering my own next chapter.

Kevin O'Connell liked thisKevin O'Connell liked thisNew chapter. I have joined Unqork as VP, Partner Solutions and Ecosystem Engineering. The future of enterprise AI will not be built on hype. It will be built on architecture. Here is why that matters. AI has made software easier than ever to generate, and with it a wave of ungoverned code that most enterprises cannot secure, maintain, or afford at scale. LLMs are probabilistic by nature, and that is exactly what makes them powerful. But regulated work, underwriting, compliance, moving money, demands deterministic execution: the same input, the same result, every time, fully traceable. You do not run underwriting or a compliance process on a probability. The answer is not more AI-generated code. It is an architecture where AI reasons and proposes, and governed, deterministic controls decide what actually executes. That is the bet Gary Hoberman and David Ferrucci are making at Unqork, and it is one I believe in. My focus is the partner ecosystem. A platform this ambitious only succeeds when partners can independently design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions on it, with governance built into the platform from day one. My job is to help build the architecture, enablement, and reusable IP that lets them do exactly that, and to help our partners become world-class builders and advocates for the platform. I have spent my career at the intersection of enterprise architecture, AI, and partner ecosystems, from ServiceNow and OutSystems to Snowflake. This role brings all of it together at a moment when how we build software is genuinely changing. If you are a partner building on Unqork, or thinking about it, I would love to talk. Grateful to Craig Steel for bringing me into this, and looking forward to scaling the partner ecosystem alongside Jeff Flores and Richard Robinson at Unqork.
