    This project proposes a method to interface the router, a network layer device with a Bluetooth module. The estimate with the performance and working the router is same as in the way it was when interfaced with wired connection. The existing models namely console, auxiliary and telnet interfaced the router using RJ-45, roll-over cable and DB-9 port. These methods helped in accessing the router contents through the hyper terminal of the computer. This model presents a way of interfacing the router (ASUS RT-N16) through a Bluetooth module SPP. Such that misconfigurations are addressed whereas in existing models while configuring the device it is inaccessible via network, and is overcomed by Bluetooth module, as the router is unmounted and connected to the network always.
