Kharegaon.
This situated in very good Locality, all the much needed things are just few mins away, nearest station is Kalwa can reach there in 10minute and you can reach thane via highway in 10 minute, every store like groceries medical is right around the corner of society, very peaceful environment.

This is a very old area of the town, so you can find the smallest of things in the neighborhood. Outstation options, Temples being within reach help old-age people a lot.

Good place.
The nice location of the place very Blissfull and calm environment. Under 1 km is to Kalwa railway station, well close to Thane station. Vithoba devasthan and Nareshwar temple near by kharegoan. Close to great Connectivity with roads Nashik Highway. Many people are Aagri with the famous festival.

The area is dominated by old low-rise and mid-rise residential buildings, having high prospects for redevelopment projects. Currently, Kharegaon majorly offers resale properties. However there are some completed, as well as under-construction high- rise residential projects in the area, such as Ashar Aria, Veena Rayansh Blossom, and Dreams Kaveri Heights.
