A few weeks ago, we shared the incredible news that Scope was named the Finance Tech Enablers of the Year by Zoho Since then, we have had time to reflect on what this milestone truly means for our team, our ongoing partnership with Zoho, and most importantly, the clients we support every day. 🔗 Read more about this recognition via the link in the comments

In this image you can see just a few of the incredible dads on our team. They spend their weeks navigating complex tasks for our clients, and their weekends being absolute heroes at home. In both roles, they bring the exact same dedication, patience, and calm under pressure. Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful dads and father figures, both within our team and within our network. We hope your day is filled with relaxation and remarkably few chores. ☀️ #FathersDay #FathersDay2026 #HappyFathersDay

We are incredibly proud to share that Scope has been awarded the EU Finance Tech Enablers of the year award by Zoho. Receiving this award is a powerful validation of what can be achieved when the right technology meets a dedicated team. We would like to thank the Zoho team for their steady support and for building the robust platform that allows us to deliver exceptional value to our clients. We are also grateful to our own team of dedicated Scopers for their constant drive, precision and passion as they continue striving to simplify technology and empower firms through this era of disruption BUT also of opportunity! #Zoho #Finance #Tech #Award

"I need a CRM" "I need a practice management solution" Most accounting firms buy the wrong one because they've misread their own problem. They feel pain. They assume it's a tool gap. They buy the tool with the best demo. And six months later the pain is still there. The two tools firms mix up most: A CRM is for the winning side. Pipeline, leads, follow-ups, "did anyone email that guy back." Practice management is for the keeping side. Jobs, deadlines, capacity, who's drowning this week, what actually got delivered. Both are worth real money to a firm. Most firms I meet need both, eventually. But "we feel stretched" doesn't tell you which one to buy first. And buying both at once, badly, is how you end up paying for two tools your team logs into for a fortnight and abandons. The skill isn't picking software. It's naming the bleed precisely enough that the software actually lands. → Losing deals you should've won, or never quite following up? That's the winning side. → Winning fine but missing deadlines and burning out the team? That's the keeping side. → Honestly can't tell? That's the most common answer, and it's the one to solve before you spend a dirham. Get that diagnosis right and either tool pays for itself fast. Get it wrong and the best software on the market is just an expensive new place to feel disorganised. P.S. this is most of what we do at Scope Dubai before we ever recommend a platform - work out which side is actually leaking first. So which is it at yours, the winning or the keeping?

From 1 June, your UAE payroll process has a deadline it didn't have before. Salaries must hit your employees' accounts by the 1st of every month. Not "around the 1st." Not "by the 5th if cashflow is tight." The 1st. This is Ministerial Resolution 340 of 2026 - the biggest WPS overhaul since it launched. And here's the part most business owners haven't clocked yet: → Day 2 late = MOHRE notification → Day 5 late = new work permits suspended → Day 11 late = administrative fines kick in → Day 16 late = labour disputes can be auto-registered against you If you're trying to onboard a hire, renew a visa, or bring someone in from abroad - that's a business-stopping problem, not an admin slap on the wrist. And if you're still running payroll on a spreadsheet, with one person who knows where everything is, and approvals that happen "when finance gets to it" - June is going to expose that. The fix isn't dramatic. It's a payroll system that: ↳ Calculates and submits WPS files in minutes, not days ↳ Flags exceptions before they become delays ↳ Doesn't rely on one person being in the office Whether you're a 5-person team or 500, there's a tool that fits. We've helped clients across both ends of that spectrum get sorted - usually faster than people expect. If your current process makes you nervous about 1 June, that's worth listening to. P.S. if you've already got payroll software but you're not 100% sure it's WPS-ready for the new rules, that's also a conversation worth having. Comment 'PAYROLL' below and we'll be in touch. #payroll #wps #uae

  • We planned to bring you this session live today, but the live link had other plans for us. Rather than letting those insights sit in a digital waiting room, we pressed record anyway. In this episode of On Air with Fahim, we sit down with Nupur Mittal, Co-Founder and COO at OCTA, to discuss a more elegant way forward. We look at modernising the entire contract-to-cash cycle, moving away from fragmented tasks and towards a unified, automated flow.
