In recent years many large brand name retailers have chosen Clonmel as the starting point for their entry in to the Irish market. They have chosen it because of its central location with a large catchment market. Clonmel sits in the south east of Ireland, which has a population of over 650,000. It is less than an hour from the cities of Cork, Kilkenny, Limerick and Waterford.
