Après neuf années passées chez BeAngels, avec comme dernière fonction en date comme Deal Flow Manager, j'ai récemment quitté mes fonctions, j'assurerai évidemment les activités jusqu'à passation du poste ;) Le poste est aujourd'hui ouvert, et je souhaite le relayer ici : en connaissance de cause. BeAngels, première communauté d'investissement privé de Belgique, recherche son ou sa prochain·e Deal Flow Manager. Le rôle couvre l'ensemble de l'amont du processus d'investissement : identification des startups à fort potentiel en Belgique et dans les régions voisines, pilotage du processus de sélection (deux comités par mois, investor nights), et accompagnement des founders jusqu'à leur levée de fonds : en lien étroit avec le General Manager et le Head of Transactions. Clotilde Annez & François-Xavier Fanard Le profil recherché : 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans l'écosystème entrepreneurial (startup, venture capital, consulting ou corporate innovation), trilingue néerlandais/français/anglais (une condition essentielle), avec un vrai sens de l'organisation, un jugement affûté et une appétence pour les outils digitaux et l'IA, au cœur de la transformation en cours chez BeAngels. Ce que je retiens de ces neuf années : une exposition unique à ce qui se construit de mieux dans l'écosystème belge, une équipe soudée où les décisions se prennent vite, et un poste qui a une influence directe sur quelles startups obtiennent leur financement. With the fresh capital, the startup wants to grow in the SME market. Less than a year after launch, Visiblie already serves clients in Belgium, the Middle East, Mexico, Australia and Singapore. AI search engines are rewriting the rules of online visibility. Where Google used to show ten results per page, an AI search engine gives you five at most. If you're not among them, you simply don't exist. ChatGPT now counts more than 900 million weekly users, and AI search engines increasingly decide which brands rise to the top.
