Long day, tired kids, hire car. I put my address into the car's satnav. It promptly routed me into two huge traffic jams. There were other ways home but the satnav offered none of them. The car's satnav had the map, but no idea what was happening on the roads. I assumed it knew what was going on and paid the price. So I sat there, children getting louder, driver getting wearier. Desperate for Plan B, I gave up, plugged in my phone and let the maps app take over. You know, the one that knows about traffic. It rerouted us around the second jam and quietly recovered the evening. Same roads, same car, same destination. The only thing that changed was context. And context is exactly what AI needs to be useful in your business. This is something that Celonis knows all too well. The most common reason people get stuck in an AI traffic jam is when the right "context" is missing. Without that information, AI will route you into the queue with total confidence and no idea it has done anything wrong. Inaccuracy caused by a lack of context is now among the top AI risks cited by companies. As highlighted in the Celonis 2026 Survey, 82% of business leaders say AI solutions can only deliver ROI if they have context on how the business runs. A model that does not know your business has no reliable way of being accurate for real work. When AI is grounded in your business's context, the outputs fit your precise situation. The hard part is building that context at scale: connecting processes, systems, and data into something AI can actually read. That is what the Celonis Context Model (CCM) does for enterprise AI. Think of it as the live-traffic layer: a real-time read on how the business is actually running, so AI can act on what is happening rather than the out-of-date map it was handed. Dan Pereira found a great visualization of the elimination bracket from Emilio Sansolini on Instagram. (insta: emilionsansolini) Only problem? It's only an image. So lets move it with AI to visualize the entire progress of the elimination bracket. Sounds hard? It isn't. Here is how I did it: + upload the original static image to Claude (I used Fable 5) + ask it to create an html based animation of the progress based upon results + it researched the results online + created the animation directly + I then extracted the mp3 soundeffects + used suno to create the on beat music + a little bit of GPT-2 images of Teo It nailed it in one shot. However some finetuning to add the flags as well as the sound effects afterwards. Never been easier to make static move in a video first world! Want to try it yourself? Make the prompt yours: " Build a single self-contained HTML file (~800 lines, no dependencies, no server): an animated radial SVG knockout bracket for the FIFA World Cup 2026. **Layout:** 32 teams on the outer ring (radius 492), winners advancing inward across 5 rings (radii 420→336→252→168→86) to a trophy at center (600,600). Connector paths use radial elbows. Last quarter I watched a leadership team make a confident call off an excellent AI summary - clean, thorough, every figure accurate. It flagged a key market as underperforming and recommended pulling investment. So they did. What the summary didn't know: that market had deliberately delayed its launch two months to clear regulatory approval. The "underperformance" wasn't a warning sign. It was the plan, working exactly as designed. Nothing was wrong. Every data point was true. The AI didn't hallucinate. It just didn't understand what the data meant. That's the part nobody prepares you for. We're trained to fear the obvious failures - the made-up fact, the wrong number. But the most expensive mistakes don't look like mistakes. They look like good answers, quietly missing the one piece of context that would have changed everything. The job was never to process information faster. It's to know which facts carry weight and what reality sits behind the numbers. That's judgment and it runs on context. Hand decisions to AI without it, and you scale the risk instead of reducing it. The prize was never speed. It's better decisions you can measure on outcomes, on risk, on the P&L. That's the gap the Celonis Context Model closes: giving Enterprise AI the operational context behind the data, so the systems guiding your biggest decisions understand the business they're running inside. Leadership was never about spotting the obvious problem. Everyone is racing to add agents into operations. But a smarter model does not magically understand how your business runs. I once saw an AI analysis blame a slow approval team for a process delay. It sounded logical. It was confident. It was wrong. The real issue was missing customer documentation upstream. That is the danger of AI without the right context. It can find patterns. But it may miss reality. My recommendation is simple: Do not start with: What can we automate? Start with: Does the AI understand how work actually flows? This is why I like the Celonis Context Model. It gives Enterprise AI the operational 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁 it needs to succeed through a dynamic, real-time digital twin of operations. His chart flagged 1927 near the 1929 crash. - 1999 as a sell period before the dot com collapse. - 2007 before the financial crisis. Not perfect. Often off by a year or two.
