Many people in my close environment don’t really know what I do (my sister always says- something with clouds). I work hard, spend most of my days creating a new reality near the computer, and rarely post on social media (that’s just who I am). Under these circumstances, I want to thank Forbes Israel for being able to recognize and point the finger at the entrepreneur and visioner that I am. Even in times when it is hard for me to see and say it, I am full of gratitude to everyone along the way that made me recognize my achievements (maybe a big picture of me is the ideal wake-up call). Dedi Ben-Natan liked thisDedi Ben-Natan liked thisהשבוע קבוצת HR Home עצרה לרגע את השגרה והתכנסה ל-HR-AI Hackathon. לא הרצאות, לא מצגות על העתיד - פשוט עבודה על בעיות אמיתיות שאנחנו פוגשים בשיגרת העבודה על מערכות קיימות, מקצבי עבודה וכמובן המון DATA. הכנו תרחישים מהשטח, כאלה שאין להם תשובה אחת נכונה, וחילקנו את העובדים לצוותים. אבל גם כאן החלטנו לעשות משהו קצת אחרת. במקום שאנחנו נחליט מי יעבוד עם מי, נתנו ל-AI לנתח את היכולות, הניסיון, סגנונות העבודה והתפקידים של כל אחד מחברי הצוות, ולהמליץ על ההרכב האופטימלי לכל משימה. התוצאה הייתה מפתיעה. מגייסים שעובדים עם לקוחות שונים. אנשי HR, Delivery, Operations ו-Business ותיקים לצד עובדים חדשים. אנשים שלא בהכרח עובדים יחד ביומיום - אבל יחד הצליחו לייצר זוויות חשיבה שלא היו נולדות אחרת. כל משתתף בחר לעצמו תפקיד – Product, HR, CTO, CEO, Customer, Finance ועוד – והצוותים התחילו לבנות פתרונות כאילו הם סטארטאפ אמיתי שמציג לבורד. לא רק רעיון. מוצר, תפיסה עסקית, ערך ללקוח, Roadmap ושימוש מושכל ב-AI במקום שבו הוא באמת מייצר יתרון וחדשנות! עכשיו מגיע השלב הכי מסקרן. 📅 ב-29/7 כל צוות יעלה להציג את הפתרון שלו בפני פאנל שופטים חיצוני, אובייקטיבי לחלוטין. ואנחנו מחפשים את אותם שופטים. אם אתם מגיעים מעולמות של: • Product • R&D / Engineering • Finance • HR • Innovation • או כל תחום שיכול להביא נקודת מבט מקצועית נשמח אם תקדישו לנו שעה אחת ב-Teams ותעזרו לבחור את הפתרון המנצח. מבטיחים דיונים מעניינים, רעיונות יצירתיים ובעיקר הצצה לאופן שבו AI ו-Human Thinking עובדים יחד. אם בא לכם לקחת חלק - כתבו לי בתגובות או בפרטי. #AI #Hackathon #HRTech #Innovation #HumanInTheLoop #FutureOfWork #HRHOME #AIinHR HR Home Innov-HR E2E Solutions IL

The problem I'm solving is one most people never see: Every year, birds and wildlife cause billions in damage to solar panels, fish farms, and agricultural land. Droppings. Nests. Stolen fish. Constant maintenance. The market has had the same answer for decades: nets, spikes, plastic predators. --> None of them are smart. None of them actually work long-term. So I built EFLOTCH Ltd. An autonomous AI robot that watches, thinks, and responds — only when there's a real threat. It runs AI on the edge, fires a targeted deterrent, and fine-tunes itself to the specific site over time. Dedi Ben-Natan liked thisDedi Ben-Natan liked thisהיום ליוויתי את הבת שלי ליום צילומים לקליפ של סטפן לגר. היא רקדה שם. ואני עמדתי מהצד, התבוננתי בה, וחשבתי כמה רגע אחד על המסך הוא בעצם תוצאה של כל כך הרבה רגעים שאף אחד לא רואה.. אימונים.,חזרות, התמדה. לעיתים אכזבות קטנות ובסוף התרגשות גדולה. ובעיקר ילדה אחת שהאמינה בעצמה מספיק כדי להמשיך לרקוד. כהורים, לפעמים נדמה לנו שהתפקיד שלנו הוא "להוביל" את הילדים שלנו. אבל האמת היא שלפעמים התפקיד העמוק יותר הוא פשוט להיות שם. לראות אותם, להאמין בהם עוד לפני שהם מאמינים בעצמם עד הסוף. להחזיק עבורם את האפשרות שהם מסוגלים. בהדרכת הורים אנחנו מדברים הרבה על גבולות, סמכות, תקשורת והתנהלות יומיומית. אבל יש עוד רובד חשוב לא פחות: היכולת של הורה להיות דמות שמחזקת תחושת מסוגלות. לא לעשות במקום הילד, לא לדחוף מתוך הפחדים שלנו. לא להגשים דרכו חלומות שלא הספקנו להגשים. אלא לעמוד לידו, בעיניים טובות, ולשדר לו: אני רואה את המאמץ שלך, אני סומכת עליך, אני כאן. גם בניתוח התנהגות אנחנו יודעים שהתנהגות מתחזקת דרך סביבה. דרך תגובות. דרך חיזוקים. דרך הזדמנויות. ילדים לא גדלים רק מתוך כישרון, הם גדלים בתוך הקשר. בתוך מערכות יחסים שמלמדות אותם מי הם יכולים להיות. ריקוד הוא דוגמה מדהימה לזה. כי ריקוד דורש משמעת, הקשבה לגוף, התמדה, דיוק, ביטוי עצמי, וגם אומץ להיראות. לעמוד מול מצלמות, מול אנשים, מול ביקורת ועדיין לזוז מתוך אמונה פנימית. והיום, כשהסתכלתי עליה רוקדת, הבנתי שוב: הורות היא לא רק לגדל ילדים. הורות היא ללוות התפתחות של אדם. להיות שם כשהם עושים את הצעדים הראשונים שלהם וגם כשהצעדים האלה הופכים לכוריאוגרפיה שלמה. להתרגש מהדרך, לא רק מהתוצאה. להזכיר להם שהצלחה היא לא רק הרגע שבו כולם רואים אותם, אלא כל הפעמים שבהן הם בחרו להמשיך גם כשאף אחד לא הסתכל. יצאתי מהיום הזה גאה! לא רק כי היא רקדה בקליפ, אלא כי ראיתי ילדה שבונה את עצמה דרך התמדה, תשוקה ואמונה וזכיתי להיות שם לידה ברגע הזה. וזה אולי אחד התפקידים הכי יפים שלנו כהורים: לא לעמוד במרכז הבמה, אלא להיות הקהל הראשון שמאמין בהם❤️😌

Dedi Ben-Natan liked thisDedi Ben-Natan liked thisמוצר מצוין שאף אחד לא מכיר. מיתגתי למעלה מ-1,000 מיזמים. מוצר מצוין, ערך אמיתי, ולא מספיק יודעים על המיזמים. זה קורה גם לאנשים, לא רק למוצרים. המנהל הכי מקצועי בארגון הוא לרוב הכי גרוע ב"לספר" את הערך של עצמו. הוא מניח שהתוצאה מדברת. היא לא. מישהו צריך לתת לה קול. לכן חברתי לאופיר בן דוד לסדנת מיתוג אישי למנהלי ביניים: הוא מביא את הערך הניהולי, אני מביא את היישום של להפוך אותו למסר שרואים, שומעים וזוכרים. Dedi Ben-Natan liked thisDedi Ben-Natan liked thisזאת תמונה קשה. קשה מאוד. זאת תמונה שצולמה בצומת שער הנגב. בתשעה באוקטובר, בשבע בבוקר. זאת תמונה אפופת עשן וקולות הרקע הם קולות ירי של מלחמה. זאת תמונה קשה שבה רואים את לוחמי גדוד 7008 - חטיבה 551, שוכבים מאחורי בטונדות, שהם יודעים שהחברים שלהם נמצאים בשטח השמדה. זאת תמונה שבה רואים את הכפפה של נהג אמבולנס שהגיע לטפל בלוחם שנפצע. זאת תמונה קשה. קשה מידי. ככל שאני מתעמקת בסיפור, אני מגלה עוד ועוד פרטים. אבל מעל הפרטים הטכניים אני מגלה את האכפתיות הלא הגיונית, וממנה אני לומדת על המשמעות של לקיחת אחריות- לצאת למלחמה ולעזוב את המשפחה והילדים, רק בשביל שאחרים יוכלו לחיות. הלוואי שנדע להיות קשובים יותר אחד לשני. הלוואי שנהיה יותר פנויים למישהו שהוא לא אנחנו. לא רק ברמה של אכפתיות, אלא מתוך הבנה עמוקה שלכל אחד ואחת מאיתנו יש חלק בלתי נפרד מהבית הזה. ואם נצליח להפנים את זה, תהיה כאן פריחה מטורפת. אם אתם מכירים מישהו שהיה שם בתקרית הזו וירצה לשתף אותי במה שראה והרגיש - אשמח מאוד לשמוע פניות בפרטי. מוזמנים לשתף ולהעביר הלאה… יעל נאמן | סטטוסים מצייצים

Dedi Ben-Natan liked thisDedi Ben-Natan liked thisאני יושבת עכשיו מול הים וחושבת על משהו מעניין.. אנחנו רגילים להעריך הצלחה לפי מה שאפשר לראות. גל גדול. הישג גדול. שינוי גדול. אבל הים עובד אחרת. הוא לא משנה את קו החוף במכה אחת. הוא עושה את זה בגלים קטנים, עקביים, כמעט בלתי מורגשים. זה גרם לי לחשוב על בני אדם. כמטפלת, מדריכת הורים ואשת חינוך, אני פוגשת הרבה אנשים שמחכים ל"רגע הגדול": לפריצת הדרך. להבנה שתשנה הכול. להחלטה שתפתור את הבעיה. אבל ברוב המקרים, השינויים המשמעותיים ביותר לא מגיעים כרעש גדול. הם מגיעים דרך שיחה אחת. דרך תגובה אחרת לילד. דרך גבול אחד שהצבנו. דרך מחשבה אחת שבחרנו לא להאמין לה אוטומטית. הם מגיעים כמו הים. בשקט, בעקביות, לאט מספיק כדי שלא נרגיש. אבל עמוק מספיק כדי לשנות את כל קו החוף של החיים שלנו. אולי זו אחת התובנות החשובות שלי לקראת סוף שנת הלימודים (גם ילדיי סיימו השבוע ואני מסיימת בשבוע הבא) אל תמדדו את עצמכם רק לפי הסערות שיצרתם. תמדדו את עצמכם גם לפי החופים שעיצבתם. גם אם אף אחד עדיין לא רואה אותם🤍
