“I had the pleasure to work with Yoav under two companies, first when he was the VP of product in Gigaspaces and afterward as one of the first developers in the company he founded with Dan - Guidde. Yoav has three unique skills that are very rare to exist together in one person. The first skill is leadership: he can identify special people, recruit them and create a very powerful team that works in harmony. Under Yoav's leadership, we were able to move 10x faster than a typical successful company. Second, Yoav knows how to ask the right questions, whether it is about a metric, a feature, a UX design, or an interview with a customer. These questions originate from a combination of his very powerful technical background, his creativity and his trust in us - his team. Third, Yoav loves and enjoys what he does - this love is contagious and it moves to and motivates us - his team. In Guidde Yoav and Dan were able to build a culture in which we love what we do. Yoav is a friend, mentor, role model and a true leader not only for me but for every member of our team.
