I would rate his strong analytical skills and ability to breakdown large problems to workable logical units to be his primary strengths.He also has the knack of influencing his juniors and peers by putting forward his logical arguments, thus gets the work done in a cordial fashion. I have seen a combination of these qualities of his in action in many of the board meetings, decision making scenarios and when he deals a sensitive issue during the several planning exercises of Kurukshetra. This also makes him a respectable leader in making. I wish him the best for his endeavours.”
