I didn't write a single word of the campaign. Not the emails. Not the LinkedIn posts. Not the DM scripts. Not the WhatsApp messages. Not the landing page copy. Claude Cowork wrote everything. In one session. Here's how. I opened Claude Cowork. It connected to my Notion workspace. It saw my event details, my offer, my past campaign data, my voice files. Then — without me asking — it created: → A 7-day campaign calendar (when to post, email, DM, WhatsApp) → All email copy with my GetResponse links already embedded → LinkedIn post drafts for each day of the campaign → DM scripts for warm leads and cold outreach → WhatsApp group messages for my community → A live-updating campaign dashboard I never said "project manage this." It just... did. I've used ChatGPT for 3 years. I've built custom GPTs. I've written thousands of prompts. None of them did this. The difference between ChatGPT and Claude Cowork isn't intelligence. It's initiative. ChatGPT waits for instructions. Claude Cowork sees what needs to happen and does it. That's not an assistant. That's an AI general manager. Neeraj Shah ⚡️ shared thisOpenAI just launched ChatGPT Work. A direct shot at Claude Cowork. Same week Anthropic expanded Cowork to web and mobile. No coincidence. I went deep on both. Here is what founders actually need to know. They look identical on the surface. Hand the AI a whole project. Get back finished work. But they are built on opposite philosophies. ChatGPT Work is a cloud-first artifact factory. It ships polished slides, sheets, docs, even live websites you share by URL. Claude Cowork is a desktop-first doer. It works on your actual files, in your actual folders, inside a private sandbox. If you never grant it a folder, it literally cannot see it. Here is the honest breakdown. 1. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆. ChatGPT Work is FREE. On every plan, including the free tier. Cowork needs a paid plan. $20 a month and up. Advantage OpenAI on pure access. 2. 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹. ChatGPT does images, video via Sora, and voice. Cowork reads images. It cannot make them. No video. No audio. If you create visual content, this gap is enormous. 3. 𝗧𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀. GPT-5.6 Sol. $5 in, $30 out per million. Claude Fable 5. $10 in, $50 out. Claude Opus 4.8. $5 in, $25 out. So the cheap-ChatGPT story is only half true. Sol beats Fable 5 easily. But Opus 4.8 is actually cheaper on output. OpenAI wins on its budget tiers. Not across the board. 4. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀. Both run on the same open standard. MCP. ChatGPT claims 1,400+ plugins. Claude sits around 400+, deeper on Microsoft 365 write access. Neither is a true trigger-based tool yet. You still start the task. 5. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆𝘁𝗵. Here is the part nobody is talking about. Skills are just markdown files. SKILL.md. Anthropic open-sourced the standard in December. OpenAI adopted it within 48 hours. So the skills you built for Cowork port straight into ChatGPT Work. Drop them in a Project. Or a custom GPT. Done. Your skill library is an asset. Not a cage. The real takeaway for founders. ChatGPT Work for cheap breadth, images, video, and a free start. Cowork for messy local files, privacy, and Microsoft 365 depth. Most serious operators will end up running both. One for cheap volume. One for the heavy, sensitive lifting. Cheaper does not mean better. Better means the one that finishes YOUR work. So do not pick from a LinkedIn post. Not even this one. Test both this week. On one task you know cold. Neeraj Shah ⚡️ shared thisA LinkedIn checklist I gave away for free got a 41% opt-in rate. 3,019 people saw the page. 1,238 handed over their email. Here is the exact framework I used to build it. Most founders still treat lead magnets like it is 2015. Write a 40-page ebook nobody finishes. Host a webinar with a 12% show-up rate. Offer a "free strategy session" that reeks of a sales pitch. That era is over. What works now is one page. Dense. Scannable. Saved in seconds and screenshotted for later. Cheat sheets. Prompt templates. Checklists. Scripts. Roadmaps. Here is the full framework, stage by stage. Stage 1. Pick the currency. Your magnet has to promise ONE measurable result. Revenue. Leads. A promotion. Better health. Not "learn about X." Name the exact outcome your buyer already lies awake wanting, and build the whole thing around that one promise. Stage 2. Steal from what you already have. Your best lead magnet is already buried inside your offer. I take the way I get clients results and break it into 3 phases with 3 steps each. That is 9 steps. The entire map becomes one roadmap magnet. Then each single step can become its own cheat sheet later. That is a full year of lead magnets from one document you already own. Stage 3. Choose your opt-in depth on purpose. Email only is the lowest friction and the highest volume. Name plus email is the standard. Name, email and mobile pulls the fewest opt-ins but the most committed, sales-ready leads. More fields, fewer signups, warmer list. Decide the trade-off deliberately. Do not default. Stage 4. Make it one page. Actually one page. Portrait, 1080 by 1350 pixels, or a clean A4 PDF. Maximum 2 bullet points per step. Short lines. Lots of white space. If it needs a second page, it is quietly trying to become an ebook again. Kill it. Stage 5. Send them to a page that converts. A simple opt-in page beats a clever one every time. Hero image of the cheat sheet. A "Free Download" headline. Three value bullets that spell out what they get. Name and email fields. A two-line bio so they know who you are. Anything above a 20% opt-in rate is working. Mine hit 42%. Stage 6. The part almost everyone skips. The magnet is not the finish line. It is the front door. Email still returns 43x. A list of just 100 engaged people can pay for itself. So the second someone opts in, a 5-email welcome sequence goes to work: deliver the magnet, introduce yourself like a human, give pure value, then invite them to the next step. One cheat sheet of mine pulls 19 leads a month. Another 16. Another 15. That is more than one qualified lead every single day. On autopilot. From content I built once. You do not have a traffic problem. You have a capture problem. I have turned this entire framework into a one-page roadmap. Neeraj Shah ⚡️ shared thisI use a 4-question test before automating anything with AI. It has saved my clients thousands of hours. And it takes 60 seconds to run. Most founders automate the wrong things first. They build AI workflows for tasks that barely matter. Then they wonder why nothing changed. The problem is not the AI. It is the selection. Picking what to automate matters more than how. So I built the Four-Way Test. Every task in your business gets run through 4 questions. QUESTION 1: Is it repetitive? Does this task happen weekly or daily? One-off tasks are not worth systemising. Recurring tasks compound every single week. QUESTION 2: Is it rule-based? Can you write down the steps? If you can explain it to a new hire, you can hand it to AI. If it needs pure gut feel, keep it human. QUESTION 3: Is it time-heavy? Does it eat 2+ hours a week? Automating a 5 minute task saves you nothing. Automating a 5 hour task changes your calendar. QUESTION 4: Is it low-risk? If AI gets it 90% right, is that fine? Draft emails, yes. Final legal contracts, no. Start where imperfection is cheap. Four yes answers? Automate it this week. Three yes answers? Automate it with a human review step. Two or fewer? Leave it alone for now and move down the list. One of my clients, Prakash Patil, ran his audit process through this test. All four answers came back yes. His audit process took 7 to 8 days of manual work every single time. We ran it through the test and rebuilt it as an AI system in one week. It now takes 5 minutes. Not 5 days. Five minutes. His capacity went up 4x. Same team. Same office. Same clients. A completely different machine underneath it all. Here's the contrast most founders never see. Busy founders automate whatever annoys them most. Smart founders automate whatever the test scores highest. Annoyance is a feeling. The test is a filter. So here is your homework tonight. List your 10 most repeated business tasks. Run each one through the 4 questions and score them honestly. The task with four yes answers is your first build. Not the fanciest one. Jigarr went from "helped 800 companies" to "unlock ₹35 lakhs in free cash flow". 3 clients in 2 weeks. 3. Distinguish your profile so it sells while you sleep. Headline = who you help + the result. Trevor's profile views jumped 400% in two weeks. 𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗥 𝟮: 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 Turn a quiet feed into real conversations. 4. Expand your network with the right people. 15 to 20 personalised requests a day, straight from your ideal-client filters. 5. Engage with DMs that serve first, never pitch first. Deepti booked 18 calls from her DMs and $30,000 in new business. 6. Entice with a lead magnet and a 5-email sequence that warms strangers into leads while you sleep. 𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗥 𝟯: 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗙𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 Turn conversations into signed clients. 7. Promote with a 5-minute video pinned to your profile that pre-sells the call before you ever get on it. 8. Pitch by chat. Questions, not claims. Rajesh landed 4 high-ticket clients worth $190,000. No pressure, no scripts that feel fake. 9. Publish 3 to 5 posts a week, rotating authority, proof and story. Sonakshi's first post hit 52,678 views and 15 demo calls booked. Here's what most people get wrong. They chase more content. But content without positioning is just noise. And attention without a next step is just applause. The engine is what turns your expertise into pipeline. It's the exact system behind every result above. Save this. A prospect books through Calendly and answers 10 questions first. LinkedIn URL. Type of business. Years in the game. Who they serve. Their biggest growth blockers. What they need most right now. Monthly revenue. Current client base. 90-day revenue target. A "I'll actually show up" commitment. So before they ever reach my calendar, they're already qualified on paper. Step 2. That booking triggers a Make automation. In under 90 seconds: → Make scores the lead against my fit criteria → Perplexity digs into the prospect + their company → Apify pulls their LinkedIn profile + last 20 posts → Claude runs the profile through my 10-point framework → All of it packaged into one structured brief I lift a finger for none of it. Step 3. 9am on call day — the brief hits my inbox. A scheduled task ships it automatically: what the prospect wants, what keeps them up at night, what to ask, the objection most likely to surface, the question to open with. 4-minute read. Prep done. Step 4. Fathom records. I just listen. Free. Quiet. It joins every Zoom / Teams / Meet. No note-taking. Fully present the whole call. Fathom grabs the transcript, the summary, every objection raised. Step 5. After the call — Claude writes the proposal + follow-up through M365. A single prompt: "Find today's Fathom call with [prospect]. Pull the objections, budget signals, and next step. Write the proposal. Write a warm follow-up email. Drop both into Outlook as drafts." 90 seconds later the M365 connector lands both in my drafts. Human in the loop. Every time. The kind of day where cancelling would have been the reasonable choice. And still, fifty founders, coaches, and consultants walked into The Club in Andheri West for a full-day session on building with AI. A full house. In that weather. That is not attendance. That is intent. Here is what we actually got into. Most people think AI is a tool you add to your business. We spent the day proving it is becoming the operating system your business runs on. A few things the room walked away with: 1. Stop paying frontier prices for routine work. Run a portfolio of models. Frontier for the high-stakes calls, cheaper models for everything else. Same output, a fraction of the bill. 2. Your software is quietly becoming plumbing. If an agent can pull your data and finish the task, your customer may never open your interface again. Build for agents or get skipped. 3. Outcomes beat dashboards. Nobody wants another tool to learn. They want the result delivered. That single shift changes how you package everything you sell. 4. Context is the moat, not the chat window. A chatbot stuck in one app cannot compete with an agent that carries your full context across every tool you use. But the biggest takeaway was not a tactic. It was watching fifty people realise, at the same time, that this is not five years out. It is happening now. Posting weekly, engaging here and there, sending a few cold DMs. But there's a pattern under the frustration. And it is not because they are lazy. It's the opposite - a lot of effort but pointed at nothing in particular. I've started calling it AWS - Activity Without Strategy. It looks like this: 1. You engage mostly with other recruiters and operators - people like you, not people who hire you. 2. You add anyone with a senior-sounding title, whether or not they'd ever be a client. 3. Your DMs have no order to them - no sense of who's worth a real conversation today and who isn't. 4. Your content talks to everyone, so it lands with no one. None of that is lazy. It’s being busy. It just doesn't compound. Because every action pulls in a slightly different direction. I know this one pretty well. I coach people to fix exactly this and then did it too. Posting, messaging, staying busy, telling myself it was progress. It wasn't. I was doing AWS while teaching against it. The reason is almost always the same: You're trying to get everything from LinkedIn at once. Clients and candidates and peers and referrals. So you split yourself thin, get a little of each, and none of it goes anywhere. The fix is one uncomfortable decision. Pick the one thing LinkedIn is for. Your main goal - not your only goal, but the one that wins whenever there's a conflict. If it's clients, your content, your engagement, and your messages all should point at the people who hire you. Not at other recruiters. If it's candidates, that's a completely different game, and you build the whole thing differently. Both work. What doesn't work is running both at once and calling it a strategy. So before you post or send anything tomorrow - what is your LinkedIn actually for?

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 - and the relevance of NLP in coaching with excellence. 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘪𝘴 𝘕𝘓𝘗 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘤𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬? As an NLP Trainer and a business coach, I am asked this question on a regular basis. And to each person that asks, the answer is unique and different as there is a different flavour that emerges in each conversation. I met Subha Chandrasekaran last year and was thinking aloud about the idea of starting a podcast about NLP. Both of us are part of a community of coaches, and she nonchalantly asked me to look into the responses I've sent in this group, to curate ideas. I proceeded to the most AI-thing that one could. I trawled through my responses and with a little help from Claude drew up a summary of themes that could be potential topics for the podcast. My partner Misha and I put a few months of work into putting together the topics and doing homework on what would be a sensible way to put this out. In March, we launched our podcast 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, as an exploration of how Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) can bring excellence in diverse fields that matter in the personal and professional realm. A lot of people are getting trained to work as coaches and many others are getting trained to add coaching as a skill to their repertoire of professional skills. Our aim to start the podcast is to initiate conversations on ideas that on "in-between" ideas that get mentioned but don't get explored in depth. I thought this is the best theme to get started with a dialogue exploring the relevance of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in domains that are exciting, upcoming and unexplored! I’ve many friends who've started their own businesses — in F&B, retail, and other sectors. Most of them invested somewhere between ₹45 lakhs and ₹1 crore. I always ask them one question: “𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣’𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝙛𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙙?” Most of them had already explored franchising. They had studied brands. Evaluated franchise models. But still chose to build their own brand. For them, franchising looks safer. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱, 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁. A lot of the uncertainty is removed. But safety comes with trade-offs. In most franchise systems, you can’t freely change the product, pricing, or customer experience. And royalties continue. Starting your own brand is always riskier. But it gives you 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹. You can experiment, pivot. You can reinvent the concept if the market changes. And if the brand succeeds, the upside is completely different. You’re building a brand you own. I’ve realized this decision is not financial. It’s psychological. Some entrepreneurs prefer the certainty of a proven system. Others want the freedom to build something of their own.
