Across our network, solutions such as NurseShift are already delivering measurable impact — reducing rostering effort by 51% for more than 2,200 nurses across 8 hospitals in 4 markets. To further accelerate this journey, we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with NCS Group to establish a Joint AI Centre of Excellence. At the event, our Group Chief Executive Officer, Dr Prem Kumar Nair, joined NCS Group’s Chief Executive Officer Sam Liew to mark the partnership. Together, we will co-develop and deploy AI solutions across our multinational network, combining healthcare expertise with technology capabilities to help bring proven innovations to scale. At the Singapore Press Club Awards 2026, Dr Peter Chow, CEO, IHH Singapore, presented Joyce Teo of The Straits Times with the Health and Wellness Journalism Award, for reporting on mental illness — a subject many find difficult to discuss, told with depth, sensitivity, and purpose. Her story on an 11-year-old who took his own life didn't shy away from the hardest questions, while offering practical guidance from a psychiatrist on recognising warning signs early. At this year's edition of FutureHealth․Now ‘Redefining the Care Stack’ was not just a theme—it was IHH Healthcare's call to action for how healthcare must evolve. As Ashok Pandit, IHH’s Group Chief Corporate Officer, shared in his opening address: the Care Stack represents the people, technology, capital, policy and trust that must work together to deliver high-quality care in an increasingly complex healthcare environment. Our flagship regional conference brought together more than 300 leaders across government, healthcare, technology, finance and investment to explore how care can be delivered faster, smarter and more affordably—while advancing patient experience and clinical excellence.
