The Mailchimp founders, for example, bootstrapped and owned 100% of the company at exit when Intuit acquired them for $12 billion (!). While the DocuSign founder owned just 1.5% at IPO. Why does this matter? Founder equity throughout the startup journey is incredibly important. It ensures: - Strong incentives for founders to stay and build - Meaningful payout in the event of a successful exit At Series A, a good rule of thumb is that founders should still own at least 35%. If you sell too much equity too early, it can become a red flag for future investors. Your cap table could turn into a major hurdle. Aqui estão os principais destaques: 𝗝𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗦: ➡️ Braga é a cidade com o maior aumento salarial para juniores, registando um crescimento de +11.8%, tornando-se uma opção atraente para quem está a iniciar a carreira. ➡️ Em termos médios, o Porto já paga mais a perfis juniores do que Lisboa. ➡️ Lisboa sofreu uma queda de -6% nos salários dos juniores no último ano, enquanto o Porto teve um aumento ligeiro de +2%. Estes dados podem indicar que tanto Lisboa quanto Porto estão saturadas de perfis juniores. 𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗦: ➡️ Braga destaca-se novamente, com os salários dos seniores a aumentarem +3.8%. ➡️ Lisboa e Porto continuam a ser as cidades com os salários mais altos para seniores, mas o crescimento está a abrandar, com um aumento de cerca de +3% para ambas as cidades. 💡 𝘙𝘦𝘧𝘭𝘦𝘹𝘢̃𝘰: Estas tendências mostram que Braga está a emergir como uma boa opção para novos profissionais. For instance, using plus-addressing for your email account when you register at places, it's an RFC feature of the email protocol that's supported widely. With the increasing expansion of health information systems, the Electronic Health Record (EHR) has become one of the finest sources for clinical information aggregators in the context of digital health. As a consequence, health professionals are being asked to provide more thorough structured clinical statements when filling up forms, which are becoming inappropriate and overly complex. This situation led to the development of a new concept of information registration designated Visual EHR, in which the health professional registers what he sees and not what he means. Exclusively through Web technology, it was possible to implement a prototype for the registration of procedures, traumas and injuries in anatomic models, effectively capturing structured data using graphical objects, much more easier to understand and to work with, and also capable of supporting multi-touch devices.
