Six months in, Crowell & Moring's Legora rollout has produced results worth sharing. More than two million interactions, 82% of the firm using the platform, and 91% of its 700+ attorneys onboarded. Crowell launched with mandatory firmwide AI training, tool-specific onboardings, and a pilot cohort of 40+ power users who came in with specific, advanced client use cases to test. The results are showing up in the work. In False Claims Act matters, attorneys are surfacing evidence that previously would have taken days. At two recent arbitrations, the team prevailed. In a recent trial, an associate used Legora to out-prepare a larger opposing team. "Six months in, both the data and the feedback from our attorneys and clients confirm that our confidence in Legora was well placed," said Alma Asay, Chief Innovation and Value Officer at Crowell & Moring. We've partnered with Lextel AI, part of Tinexta Visura, to bring authoritative Italian legal sources exclusively into Legora. Case law, legislation, commentary, and monographs, all in one place, enabling deeper, more complete research on Italian law. This includes more than 7 million documents, among them content that has historically been difficult to access, like lower court decisions, tax court rulings, and Corte dei Conti precedents. The content will be available to all Legora users in Q3 2026.

Confidence in the work is up. 71% of in-house professionals feel more confident in the quality of their work when using Legora. 66% rate its impact on issue-spotting and risk reduction as large or transformational. The specifics back it up. 57% caught an issue in a supplier agreement they would have otherwise missed. 40% caught one in a customer contract. Università Bocconi’s School of Law is bringing Legora into legal education. From the new academic year, students, faculty, and researchers in Law and Global Law will get access to Legora’s platform. The goal is to teach the next generation of lawyers to use AI with judgement: verifying sources, understanding limits, and knowing where human expertise still matters. As Dean Pietro Sirena puts it, “Artificial intelligence is not a side issue for legal education: it is a structural transformation of the way law will be practiced in the coming years.” We're proud to be a part of that at Bocconi.
