Originally founded during the British era, this club has retained its old-world charm while adapting to contemporary tastes. The place is known for its legendary menu featuring classics such as butter chicken, mutton cutlets, grilled fish, kebabs, and Anglo-Indian specialties. For many, dining at Delhi Gymkhana Club has been about flavours of nostalgia.

According to reports, this has been one of the oldest clubs in Asia. The club's kitchen is known for blending traditional Bengali flavors with continental influences. Here, the food menu is divided into Magnificent meals and Fortnightly meals. The latest set menu for June features dishes like Asparagus Omelette, Melon Souffle, Khatta Meetha Paneer, Prawn Nantua, Chicken Citron, Matar Mushroom Curry and more.

On Wednesday is Continental cuisine and Friday is Chinese cuisine. On Sundays, only Ala Carte is available.
