TRUMP’S BIG WIN! 22 Republicans’ Effort To HALT Daylight Savings Vote Fails; Sunshine Act PASSES

The U.S. House of Representatives has passed the Sunshine Protection Act, moving the country one step closer to ending the twice-a-year clock change. The bipartisan measure cleared the House with a 308-117 vote, despite opposition from 22 Republicans and dozens of Democrats.The legislation would allow states to permanently observe daylight saving time, eliminating the need to "spring forward" and "fall back" every year if approved by the Senate. President Donald Trump, who has long supported ending seasonal clock changes, is expected to sign the bill if it reaches his desk.Supporters say permanent daylight saving time would provide more evening daylight, reduce disruptions to daily routines, improve road safety, and boost tourism and local businesses. Opponents argue it could lead to darker winter mornings, creating safety concerns for schoolchildren and commuters while disrupting agriculture and circadian health.The bill now heads to the Senate, where its future remains uncertain.

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced the third wave of Operation Nasr 2, claiming it launched a coordinated missile and drone strike on U.S. military bases in Bahrain and Kuwait.
