Only 4% of UK organisations say their infrastructure is fully ready for AI. Read that again. Not "well on the way". Not "making good progress". Fully ready. The gap between what the demo shows… and what actually works… is where most teams need the most support.   Every week, we work through the reality of implementing Microsoft technology including Copilot, Power Platform and Azure, and it is rarely as clean as the slide deck suggests.   Not because the technology does not work, but because applying it to real organisations is where the complexity sits.   Things behave differently in production.
