Ben Mansford liked thisBen Mansford liked thisI’m really pleased to share that I’ve returned to Nottingham Forest as Chief of Staff Football. Forest is a club that means a lot to me. I was fortunate to be part of some unforgettable moments, through a period of real change and progress, so to have the opportunity to come back in this new role means a lot. The last few months were challenging, but proved to be extremely valuable both personally and professionally. I’ve had time to reflect, spend time with my family, travel, learn new things, meet brilliant people, and think carefully about where I wanted to make my next contribution. I’m extremely grateful to everyone who gave me their time and advice, and to the new connections I have made. Thank you to the Ownership and George Syrianos for the trust and the opportunity to return in this new role. I’m delighted to be back and excited to contribute again at a club and with people who both mean a lot to me.

Ben Mansford liked thisBen Mansford liked this🎓MSD Cohort 10 Graduation! 🎓 Cohort 10 are currently walking across the stage at the Bridgewater Hall, celebrating the culmination of two and a half years of dedication, perseverance and achievement. Throughout their journey, Cohort 10 have challenged their thinking, supported one another, and grown as leaders. Along the way, they have also built genuine friendships and a network of peers that we hope will continue to support and inspire them long after graduation. It has been a privilege to watch them reach this milestone and to see the impact they are already making across sport and beyond. Our students are the definition of hard workers, as they have balanced the demands of senior professional roles with the challenges of studying. While not everyone was able to join us for the graduation ceremony due to work and other commitments, your achievements are no less significant. We hope you know how proud the entire MSD team are of everything you have accomplished, and we look forward to celebrating with you when the opportunity arises. Congratulations to every member of Cohort 10 on this well-deserved achievement. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. I’m pleased to share that I have successfully completed my MBA with a specialization in Sports Management at Ono Academic College. Modern football requires much more than an understanding of the game itself. It demands strategic thinking, sound decision-making under pressure, leadership, innovation, and the ability to manage complex processes both on and off the pitch. Pursuing this degree was driven by my desire to broaden my perspective, acquire new skills, and deepen my understanding of the industry. I strongly believe that combining practical experience with academic knowledge creates a solid foundation for continuous professional growth. I would like to thank everyone who supported and encouraged me throughout this journey. Looking forward to applying these insights, continuing to learn, and embracing the opportunities ahead.
