Chris Brown liked thisChris Brown liked thisIt's only been a couple of weeks since I joined Hentons, but one thing has already become really clear... I love being part of a smaller team. Don't get me wrong, there's plenty to learn and I'm still finding my feet, but it's been great to join a team where everyone genuinely wants to make things better. Whether it's improving processes, bouncing ideas around, looking at how AI and technology can help, or just asking "is there a better way of doing this?", it feels like those conversations actually go somewhere. That's one of the things I've enjoyed most so far. You're not just there to do your job – you get the chance to contribute, add value and help shape things as the business grows. I'm really looking forward to getting properly stuck in over the coming months and seeing where the journey takes me.

Facing all sorts of weather & many difficult climbs, we managed to cross the finish line. A rewarding experience despite the aches and pains today. Starting somewhere new is always a bit daunting, but everyone has been incredibly welcoming from day one. It's been great getting to know the team, and the culture here has really stood out already. I'm excited to be building the next chapter of my career as an Independent Financial Adviser, helping people make better financial decisions and giving them advice that's truly in their best interests. A huge thank you to everyone who's made my first week such a positive one. I can't wait to see what the days, weeks and months ahead bring. Here's to the start of an exciting new chapter. 🚀
