The portfolio, which comprised 14 commercial properties, including office and industrial assets, was located in Glasgow and its surrounding areas. Since Maven acquired the portfolio, in conjunction with Paradigm Property Consultants, who were retained as Asset and Property Managers, it has overseen an active asset management programme. Each asset was sold progressively over the life of the investment, generating total proceeds in excess of £20 million and above the forecasted return.
