Like many businesses, we’ve been grappling with the question of how to embed AI in a way that people actually want to use, rather than rolling out a top-down initiative. So we tried something different. We brought together 35 of our most engaged AI users and asked them to build the tools they wanted. Led by the excellent Chris Meah, we spent the morning learning how to create effective AI systems before putting it into practice in the afternoon. By the end of the day, we’d built seven new tools for use across the business. Even though I scribbled down a lot of cool stuff, my favourite part was watching our people take ownership, experiment and teach each other. That’s always been the way we’ve built SF. We set the direction, then trust our people to shape the journey. Time and again, that’s where the best ideas come from. A brilliant day and a lot of fun - highly recommend! And there was plenty to raise a glass to: ✅ We’re 16% ahead of last year and firmly on track with our three-year growth plan. ✅ 18 of our people are on track for their best ever year in recruitment. ✅ Our technology division is growing at a massive 66% and winning an ever growing list of impressive projects. ✅ Over 300 clients attended SF’s exclusive peer-set events across the U.K. in H1 alone. ✅ And more clients than ever before are trusting us with hires at the highest levels of their organisations. We also gave an SF send-off to a long-standing and valued team member Lisa Kidson (nee Chetwynd) who is embarking on a new life and adventure in France. We wish her all the best and bonne chance!
