No production team. Just a room and a conversation 🎙️ Hit record. That's it. 🎬 Liberty Blume wanted a new way to connect with their customers, something more personal than the usual channels. Podcasting felt right, but the team didn't have the production skills, and didn't want to learn a whole new craft just to have a conversation. So we designed a room that does the technical thinking for them. Cameras switch automatically as the conversation moves, and when it's not recording, the space works as a normal meeting room. Press go, have the conversation, walk away with a finished MP4. What's stood out most is how straightforward it feels to use. Nobody feels like a producer, and nobody feels put off by the tech. The room has a calm, easy vibe, and that was always the brief. That sounds obvious until you watch how most people actually use it. They open a blank chat, type "write me an email to a partner about X" and send whatever comes back. The AI has done the thinking. The person has done the forwarding. We don't do that. If you can't do the task yourself, you shouldn't be asking AI to cut corners on your behalf. AI is here to streamline what we already know how to do. To organise our thinking. To take the rough version in our heads and help us put it in order. It's not here to replace the thinking. It's here to sharpen it. Every email, every proposal, every conversation with a partner starts with one of us deciding what we want to say and why. The AI gets brought in after that, not before. The substance is ours. The polish is the tool's job. It's a small distinction. It changes everything about what comes out the other end. This is the first principle of how we work with AI at AVM. Krishan Mistry a réagi à ceciKrishan Mistry a réagi à ceciLast week I took some time away from work to take my eldest daughter, Layla, away for five days in Tenerife. It was just the two of us, as my wife is a teacher and my youngest daughter is still at school. Layla broke up earlier after finishing her GCSEs, so we decided it was the perfect opportunity for a well earned Dad & Daughter break. Watching her over the last few months has made me incredibly proud. She worked so hard throughout her GCSEs, showing real commitment, resilience and determination. As parents, we genuinely couldn’t have asked for any more. Whatever the results are, we know she gave it everything she had. Like many teenagers, she doesn’t yet know exactly what career she wants to pursue, and that’s absolutely fine. She has decided on the A Levels she’d like to study, assuming she gets the grades she needs, and I’m excited to see where that journey takes her. Spending quality 121 time together was amazing. We had some brilliant conversations, plenty of laughs, and made lasting memories. I’d thoroughly recommend every parent, if they’re able, to carve out time like this with their children. It really is special. Good luck with your results, Layla. No matter what happens, you’ve already made us incredibly proud. I’m already looking forward to a few years’ time when I’ll be doing exactly the same with my youngest daughter.

**5 reasons your website might be losing you enquiries (and what to fix today)** Your website could be turning potential customers away without you even knowing it. Here are five of the most common culprits we see time and time again. 1. Outdated content - If your news page was last updated in 2019, visitors may question whether your business is still active. Fresh content builds trust. 2. Broken maps - You'd be surprised how many websites have a Google Maps embed that simply doesn't load. It looks unprofessional, and it's a five-minute fix. 3. Contact forms that don't work - When did you last test yours? A broken form means enquiries disappearing into thin air. 4. Broken images - Missing images leave ugly placeholder boxes on screen and make your site look neglected. Again, an easy fix once you know about it. 5.
