The role As an engineering manager you will be responsible for the whole engineering department, with a direct report of a maintenance manager and a 20 strong maintenance function. Responsibilities include; Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to maximise equipment uptime and reliability. Support capital investment planning by assessing asset condition and lifecycle. Managing the sites continuous improvement and root cause analysis projects.
