A brilliant day yesterday at monday.com’s Elevate Labs London, completing their AI Agentic training and getting hands-on with building AI agents to support growth, efficiency and smarter ways of working. One thing became clear: the future of work isn’t people or AI, it’s people and AI. A few takeaways from the day: 💡 The 4 C’s remain irreplaceable: Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication and Creativity. ⏳ “Time is the oxygen of the 4 C’s.” AI should give us more time to focus on the work that matters. 🧠 AI agents are only as good as the context they’re given. Lack of business knowledge, overusing tools and chasing productivity can all lead to poor outcomes. A question that resonated the most was: “If a new team member had access to this information, could they work effectively from day one?” Looking forward to turning these learnings into practical solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and business value.
