We’re Hiring! We're looking for a Website Design & Development, Branding & Digital Experience Consultant to help us rethink how a modern software company presents itself to the world. For more than twenty years, osTicket.com has quietly become one of the world's most widely used open-source help desk platforms, with millions of downloads and deployments across organizations of all sizes. Along the way, Enhancesoft has grown into a global software company, with operations in Kenya, serving customers in more than 120 countries through both open-source and commercial offerings. We're now preparing for the next chapter. Over the coming months, we'll be launching new products and services, modernizing existing platforms, refreshing our branding, and rethinking how we communicate who we are and what we build. We're looking for someone who can help connect branding, digital experiences, product storytelling, visual communication, multimedia, and product positioning into a cohesive whole. Someone who is equally comfortable discussing user journeys, information architecture, visual identity systems, launch materials, digital strategy, and how complex products are communicated to customers. The work produced during this engagement will help shape how customers, partners, contributors, prospective employees, and the broader market experiences Enhancesoft and its products for years to come.
