    This morning, we announced that Verizon is partnering with BT (British Telecom) to combine our respective international enterprise operations into a 50:50 joint venture. This new joint venture will focus on serving multinational organizations, reaching more than 3,000 customers across more than 180 countries. Our international customers require secure, flexible connectivity that works seamlessly across borders and cloud environments.     The path to Isabella Donohue’s dream career is a work in progress — and that’s exactly why we love her story. 🫶 When she joined our retail team in 2021, Isabella discovered a passion for the business that sparked a whole new goal: Marketing. So, she got her foot in the door by joining that team as the right-hand of a marketing leader. Today, she’s continuing to build her journey by getting her degree (thanks, tuition assistance!), learning the ins and outs of global marketing operations and shadowing our creative and brand design teams. She’s owning her growth and is well on her way to building her dream career with her dream team. 💖

When a customer came into our store feeling overwhelmed with ongoing device issues, Myron listened, reviewed her account and discovered the root of the issue was an eight-year-old phone that just couldn’t keep up anymore. So, he built her a comprehensive solution, fitting all the right perks into her plan. She left feeling supported and heard—and reminded Myron why he loves what he does!

    This morning we reported strong first-quarter results that demonstrate Verizon’s turnaround is not only progressing, it is gaining momentum, powered by a comprehensive transformation program that is reshaping how we operate and serve our customers. We are beginning to reclaim our market leadership by putting the customer at the center of everything we do, reducing friction to increase loyalty and create genuine value. This disciplined approach is already delivering healthier economics, lower churn, and the first positive first-quarter postpaid phone net adds we've seen in over a decade. I am pleased with the level of teamwork and focus I have seen across the business.
