Students in attendance had the opportunity to hear about the new licensure pathway, benefits of student membership in the NJCPA and all of the state society's upcoming events. Our panel which I had the pleasure to moderate, was comprised of 5 Montclair State University Alumni / CPA's representing diverse career paths. Topics discussed ranged from: navigating ones career, balancing professional and personal responsibilities and key skill sets to have in an evolving workplace. You know there is strong engagement when over 2 hours into the program there was still no end to the questions students had for our panelists!

Charles Batikha, CPA, MAcc shared thisA historic moment for the Geo Foundation as we proudly donate $10,000 to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC - the main fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - which raises over 89% of the funds needed to operate the hospital and ensure that no family receives a bill for treatment for their precious child. Our donation of $10,000 will provide any of the following treatments or procedures: 2–2.5 inpatient treatment days 8–10 outpatient visits 1–2 major diagnostic procedures (e.g., MRI + CT + labs) A chemotherapy block for a child using moderate-cost drugs 10 blood transfusions A special thanks to Kelly Stillwagon for welcoming Edmond Batikha and I with open arms. We are proud to announce that in 2026 we will be adding Wayne Hills and Wayne Valley high schools to our roster of scholarship recipients and also will begin donating to St. Jude Children's Hospital in support of their efforts to help children battle cancer. Your spouse may write about it on the Huffington Post This is exactly what happened to Garrett Lee, a well-known music producer in LA. He worked with Swift on her 2012 album, Red. Some months ago, he received text from her manager, but did not respond to it. "It didn’t sound like him... I guess I thought someone was trying to hack my address book or something.” Melissa Lee, his spouse, was understandably furious and wrote a long piece about the experience in the Huffington Post. But in life, good breaks come your way. A recruiter reaches out with a role of a lifetime. A huge podcast host invites you onto their show. A dream angel investor wants to invest in your company... Or you get invited to the wedding of the year. We applaud Chris, who was practicing a "Cyber Health first" mentality. But there are legitimately 'borderline' messages that are compelling. The new mailing address that should be used is: Internal Revenue Service 1973 N Rulon White Blvd. Ogden, UT 84201 In addition, the IRS requests taxpayers to write “Kwong vs. United States” across the top when completing the Form 843. #WithumTax
