Developed a distributed file system where multiple clients are trying to access multiple file servers to append to the same file while maintaining consistency amongst the replicas of the files at distributed servers via Total ordering of appends

Implemented a quorum based solution where three servers maintain identical files and seven clients try to access the file at the same time. The solution was deadlock free and access was given based on the time-stamp of the request.

Implemented a solution that mimics a banking system where the bank maintains three identical files at three different servers. A client, executing on the fourth site, may issue create, delete, read, write file requests to randomly any of the server

Designed an algorithm to simulate a M/M/1 and calculate its throughput, utilization, average wait time for a job for 100000 jobs given as input to the server

Smart Belt is the type of wrist band which incorporates wireless communication. The device can send signals to a Wi-Fi router when registered on that network. The main aim is to monitor whether the Smart-belt is in the wireless range or not. Designed a database software for insurance agents that provides functionality of premium calculation, missed payment dates, interest on payments, also lapsation of insurance policy

Created a cloud server on Amazon WS EC2 web server and clients on android and desktop. The clients would upload any new, modified files in their folder to the respective directory on the cloud. Files transfer is done using TCP/IP protocols

Designed an android mobile application which controls a remote renderer machine to play/pause/stop/forward/rewind multimedia content stored on another remote server; received best project award for the initiative.
