The Mortgage industry is having a HUGE issue… It is not rates. It is not inventory. It is not affordability.. It is simple most loan officers and companies are focused on closed loans, volume and Market Share… This will end poorly… They should be focused on educating renters on how to achieve homeownership in the future.. Most cases this education should take place 4 years before the prospects are ready to buy.. Reason simple median age of first time home buyer is 40 years old.. Focusing on client experience that is unique to each client’s definition of raving fan service… This is done through asking the clients what they expect during the process and ensuring reasonable expectations are set and then exceeded. Be likable..Be authentic…If you only focus on your achievements but not who you are and what your truly about then i believe this is a huge problem in the industry… I am about to celebrate my 23rd year in the industry annd 14 of them have been spent with 2 companies. So to the companies YES loyalty gies both ways.. Remember the Lo’s that want high level clients experience need the companies to be on same page..
