Dean Rose liked thisDean Rose liked thisOk. Real moment right now, anyone notice how much content is being deprecated on Trailhead and not being replaced? I'm trying to check out the Omni Studio Consultant Exam Guide, found it, references a Trailmix that returns a 404 error. You know what else returns an error? When you go to the Service Cloud Consultant Exam Guide, it recommends the training Administer and Maintain Service Cloud (ADX261), the training that no longer exists which I confirmed months ago. It's still being referenced, despite my ticket that confirmed this course is no longer available. Slack Admin Exam Guide? Training recommendations that used to exist on the Slack (not Trailhead or Trailhead academy) now redirects to a "coming soon!" on Trailhead. BOOOO. Do not like. 🙅🏻♀️ Why break stuff that worked? Also it took 5 minutes of talking to Agentforce and 15 minutes for a human to confirm that the 404 is all I am getting for the Certification Trailmix that no longer exists or can be referenced from the public domain. 🤦🏻♀️ Can we use Agentforce to find broken links or something? Or perhaps don't deprecate valid content until the new content is refreshed and published? I'll take stale content over a brick wall. I miss the old Salesforce.

Renewed old connections, made new ones, and had the literal time of my life. But I also talked with several people who told me this year felt different. Fewer sponsorships. Fewer attendees. Because the tech landscape, Salesforce, AI - all of it - feels uncertain right now. Here's what I want to posit: that's exactly why now is the best time to show up. Now is when we need our community the most. In the age of AI, remote work, and a landscape nobody can quite predict, it's PEOPLE who make the real difference. The connections we forge and renew at these conferences and in the community will take us farther long term than any technology ever will. So go out there. Share your stories. Your failures. Your lessons learned. Your hard-won wins. Your own lens on where all of this is heading. That's the stuff that actually compounds and shapes the conversation. We came in with ice pops (or popsicles, or otter pops... turns out nobody could agree on the name), Red Bull, and a lot of enthusiasm, and it was great seeing the Salesforce community match our energy. The conversations we had at our booth, over lunch, and at the Crown and Anchor happy hour are exactly why we keep showing up to these events. This community is just something special. And yes, we did get completely lost in the parking garage trying to load everything out after the conference. Slide 3 is photo evidence. 😅 Thank you to everyone who stopped to chat with us.
