A CS leader last week wanted to replace all five. I wasn't surprised. Every one of those tools needs you to feed it. What you get back is a dashboard. Nobody sends the email. Nobody flags the account that's gone quiet. Nobody schedules the follow-up. That's still the rep's job. The next generation of customer agents won't just show you what's happening. What I’ve learned is this: Most teams already know the mechanics of sales. What they often lack is systems that keep performance consistent after the first 90 days. That’s where my work has lived. •Designing frameworks (like my Prism model) to help leaders understand the unique drivers of each rep. •Turning documentation into workflows that actually get used. •Gamifying engagement so reps stay sharp beyond onboarding. Here’s the catch: being a builder isn’t just about creativity. It’s also about: Tying programs back to one clear business metric (ramp, win rate, SQL→Opp conversion). Packaging solutions so leaders see the organizational impact, not just the clever idea. I’ve learned that the best enablement isn’t a training deck — it’s a system that drives outcomes leaders can measure. If you’re building RevOps or enablement at a scaling company, my takeaway is simple: 🔑 Don’t just ship programs. Build systems that prove their own value. Would love to connect with other operators who’ve wrestled with the same balance of creativity + rigor.

We’re training a client’s enterprise sales team on discovery calls. Right now, they’re consistently landing 5-figure deals. It's clear that path to 6- and 7-figure opportunities is going deeper in discovery. Not just finding ANY pain. Finding THE pain the business will pay a lot to solve. 𝟱-𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻: “It takes way too long to do this with our current systems.” 𝟲-𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻: “We’re losing customers and top talent because of this.” 𝟳-𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻: “We’re losing market share and we may not be able to get acquired if this doesn't get fixed.” Our prescription: Practice discovery role-plays where sellers… 1. Move past workflow pain (5-fig) 2. Identify business impact (6-fig) 3. Elaborate to massive opportunities and existential risks (7-fig) Same prospects. Same problems. Just deeper discovery and bigger deals.
