Role focus: - Run research studies that go beyond BAU testing (design-led experimentation). - Partner with the Director and Lead to define best practice across usability, quant and qual methods. - Execute studies, document insights, and help build research playbooks/processes. - Support the integration of research into product design and decision-making.
