The work was based on initiatives the Performance Improvement Team accomplished using Casewise Corporate Modeler software to model "Possibilities Analysis"' (Identifying the probabilistic event and circumstance outcomes at the Nuclear facility based on the current culture and leadership style at the Nuclear facility.)

    The audience particularly liked my story about how I had recently had to end a relationship with someone who was nice to look at, but shallow, and hard to relate to. Her name was ...Visio. Since Corporate Modeler was built on a database and could provide data attributes and graphical relationships to other components, it provided a stronger, and richer application with which to model numerous aspects of a given organization. Processes, Organizations, Locations, Data, Applications, and Technologies were able to be modeled along with their connected usage.
